Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns under certain conditions.


1. Eligibility for Return

A return is accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., grooming tools, personal care items)
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Change of mind post-purchase

3. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method, wallet, or store credit
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Note: Bank delays are not in our control.


4. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Send photos/videos to caresamskart@gmail.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per eligibility.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by Sam’s Kart (if available in your area)
  • In some cases, customers may need to self-ship
  • Shipping costs for self-return may be reimbursed if the error is from our side

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed
  • If canceled before dispatch, full refund will be issued
