We accept returns under certain conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return
A return is accepted only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., grooming tools, personal care items)
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Change of mind post-purchase
3. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
- Refund will be issued via original payment method, wallet, or store credit
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Note: Bank delays are not in our control.
4. Wrong or Damaged Product Received
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:

- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per eligibility.
5. Return Shipping
- Return pickup will be arranged by Sam’s Kart (if available in your area)
- In some cases, customers may need to self-ship
- Shipping costs for self-return may be reimbursed if the error is from our side
6. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once processed
- If canceled before dispatch, full refund will be issued
